1.1 Are all products in stock?

If a Product is not in stock at the webshop, then it may be available at a store near you. At the points of sale, you can find the nearest store that sells our products.

1.2 Does UASHMAMA® also have a store?

UASHMAMA® Benelux is a wholesaler and only has a webshop. Our UASHMAMA® products are also available for sale at the Benelux stores. Our products are also sold through other online sales outlets. 1.3 How can I pay the order?

We want you to shop safely and with fun. Therefore, UASHMAMA® Benelux only uses payment systems that are most up-to-date and trusted in internet technology. You can pay in multiple ways at Uashmama Benelux. In the ordering procedure you are asked to choose a payment method.

1.4 Does UASHMAMA® also ship products abroad?

Yes, UASHMAMA® Benelux also sends abroad. This applies only to orders within Europe. The shipping costs will then depend on the weight and country to be sent. Any invoice costs or other additional costs are for the account of the Customer. Questions about this can be sent to [email protected].

1.5 How can I return an order?

If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to: Uashmama Benelux, Burg. van Everdingenstraat 2, 4112 LG Beusichem, The Netherlands within 14 days of receipt. We would like to receive an email from you before you return a product via [email protected] .

The item must still be labeled and returned as original in the original packaging. Send a copy of the invoice. The item is not reclaimed if the item is used, washed, you have attempted to repair a defect or the instructions for use are not properly followed. Upon receipt, the purchase amount will be returned as soon as possible but no later than 30 days. The costs of the return shipment are at the expense of the buyer. All of this in accordance with the General Delivery Terms.
