We offer a guarantee of 18 months from the date of purchase.
If something is wrong with the product upon receipt, such as a hole, tear or other damage, you will have 14 days to report this to us.
This also applies to manufacturing errors such as stitching, inner pockets, lining, leather / canvas handles, canvas tires, shoulder straps, buckles and / or zippers.
If repair is possible, we will first try to fix the product for you.
If there is no guarantee:
If there is clearly water damage in return, the product will not be taken as its guarantee.
Bleeding or wear can occur because of the use of natural dyes. All basic paper colors are designed to fade, this is not a production defect.
If there is a discoloration on the product after it comes into contact with, for example, a denim jeans or leather jacket, this is not the fault of the product but of the garment.
Metallic products can get a more vintage look over time. This has been deliberately done because it is characteristic of the metallic paper, this is not a manufacturing defect.If there is a direct placing of plants in the paper bags without a dense jar or vase and water damage to the paper bag will result.
Legal Warranty means that you are always entitled to warranty. If there is a production error then you are entitled to free repair, a new product or refund of money.
If the problem is caused by malicious use, you are not entitled to the above. If the problem arises in the first half of the year after the purchase, we will have to prove whether or not the problem is correct. If the problem occurs after the first half of the year after the purchase, it is up to you to prove that the problem has not been caused by the improper use of the purchased item. The product is not good if it is not complete, it is damaged, it is broken or you can not do the thing with what we say.
There is no legal warranty in the Netherlands because one product lasts longer than the other.
